Our story
A simple idea: one roof.
Quai Santé SA was founded in 2017, driven by the vision of an innovative multidisciplinary centre: bringing several medical specialties together under one roof, in the heart of Montreux station.
Today, 16 doctors and practitioners from 6 specialties work together here, across 700 m² and two floors: walk-in emergency care on the 3rd floor, consultations by appointment on the 4th, with radiology and the laboratory on site.
Our ambition: to humanise medicine, and to change the way people see an experience of care too often perceived as cold, intimidating and profit-driven.

Dr Cécile Besson Duvanel
Chief Executive and Medical Director
A physician with a doctorate in science (MD-PhD), Dr Cécile Besson Duvanel carried out fundamental research in neuroscience and autoimmune diseases, before a clinical career at the CHUV and then at the Hôpital Riviera-Chablais. Specialising in geriatric medicine and osteoporosis, she champions the vision of an innovative multidisciplinary centre.
