A site without forms
This site contains no forms. It does not allow online appointment booking or the creation of an account. No health data is collected by the site: appointments are made by telephone only, on 021 964 30 00.
Technical data
When you visit, our host's servers automatically record technical information: IP address, date and time of the visit, page requested, browser type and operating system, referring site. This data is used solely to ensure that the site functions properly and securely. It does not directly identify you and is not combined with other sources.

Fonts
The site's fonts are hosted on our own servers. Displaying them transmits no data to third parties.

When you contact us
If you call or write to us, we use the information you provide solely to respond to you and to organise your care. Medical information is subject to medical confidentiality.
Job applications
Applications sent to Quai Santé are received and processed by our human resources partner, L-A Synergie RH, on behalf of Quai Santé SA. Details are given on our Careers page.
The information you provide in your application file is used solely to assess your application and to get back to you. It is treated confidentially and is shared only with the people involved in recruitment.
Retention period for unsuccessful applications: to be confirmed with L-A Synergie RH.
You may withdraw your application at any time and request that your data be deleted, as described in the 'Your rights' section.
Disclosure to third parties
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be processed by our host, solely for the purposes of operating the site, and by L-A Synergie RH for job applications. Should any data be processed outside Switzerland, this would only be in a country providing an adequate level of protection, or with appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the FADP.
